Client and prospect data:

Candidate data:

  • Curriculum vitae and work history

  • Skills assessment results (via TestGorilla)

  • Video pre-screen recordings (via Wamly)

  • Scoring and evaluation notes generated by our team

We collect and process personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide recruitment screening services to our clients

  • To evaluate candidates for specific roles on behalf of clients

  • To communicate with prospects and clients regarding our services

  • To comply with our legal and contractual obligations

We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than those listed above.

5. How We Store Your Information

Your personal information is stored and processed using the following platforms:

  • Manatal — our primary Applicant Tracking System and CRM, used to store all candidate and client records

  • Google Sheets — used for internal pipeline reporting and dashboard management

  • TestGorilla — used to administer and store skills assessments

  • Wamly — used to administer and store video pre-screen recordings

  • Gmail — used for all email communications

All third-party platforms used by Badger & Bird Talent maintain their own data security and compliance certifications. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Unsuccessful candidates: Personal data is retained for 12 months after the conclusion of a recruitment process, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

  • Placed candidates: Personal data is retained for 36 months after placement for reference and compliance purposes.

  • Client records: Retained for the duration of the client relationship and for 5 years thereafter for contractual and legal purposes.

  • Prospect data collected via LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms: Retained for 12 months if no engagement results from initial contact.

7. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With our client companies, for the purpose of presenting shortlisted candidates

  • With our third-party platform providers listed in Section 5, solely for the purpose of service delivery

  • Where required by law or a competent authority

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations
